Background

The DYKDDDDK epitope tag, also known as the FLAG® tag (registered trademark of Sigma-Aldrich) is an eight-amino acid peptide sequence that can be fused to a protein of interest. This tag allows for the detection and purification of the tagged protein with minimal disruption to the tagged protein's function.

Description: Chromatin immunoprecipitations were performed with 6 μg of normal rabbit IgG as a negative control and PTM-7343 Anti-MAX Rabbit mAb. The immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified by real-time PCR using primers specific for the human DHX40 promoter, CLTC promoter, TTC16 promoter, and FLYWCH2 promoter regions. The data are presented as enrichment of each sample relative to the total amount of input chromatin at each amplicon.
