All differentially expressed protein were searched against the STRING database for protein-protein interactions. Interactions from STRING was visualized in R package “visNetwork”.
The figure shows the interaction between the differential proteins. As shown in the figure below: the circles in the figure indicate differentially expressed proteins, and different colors represent differential expression of proteins (green is the down-regulated protein and red is the up-regulated protein). To clearly show the interaction between protein and protein, we screened the protein with the top 50 interactions to map the protein interaction network.
